Accessibility Features

This accessibility statement applies to MyOpNotes application which serves clinicians, coders and managers. Our goal is to ensure that as many people as possible can use our application with ease. We have implemented various accessibility features, including:

• Customisable colours, contrast levels, and fonts.
• Zoom functionality of up to 300% without text spilling off the screen.
• Keyboard navigation for most parts of the application.
• Compatibility with speech recognition software.
• Screen reader compatibility, including support for JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver.
• Clear and simplified language throughout the application.

Areas That Do Not Fully Meet Accessibility Standards:

While we have made efforts to enhance accessibility, we acknowledge that there are areas that do not fully meet 'AAA' level WCAG2.1 accessibility standards. These include:

• Insufficient color contrast in some areas of the application.
• Longer sentences in clinical content that exceed 80 characters.
• Keyboard inaccessibility for the signature pad.
• Animations that are not disabled when the user has 'prefers-reduced-motion' set.
• Incomplete hint text for some 'more information' links.
• Autofocusing on certain fields that cannot be disabled, potentially leading to changes in context without user request.
